  • Changes to the scope of work

Any additional work required beyond the agreed quotation will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

3. Deposits & Payments

Certain services or custom work may require a deposit before work begins.

The balance is payable upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pulse Restomod reserves the right to withhold release of the vehicle until payment has been settled in full.

4. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

Customers must ensure that vehicles delivered to Pulse Restomod are in safe working condition unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Pulse Restomod will take reasonable care of all vehicles while in our possession. However, we will not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Mechanical failures unrelated to the work performed

  • Issues arising from undisclosed vehicle conditions

5. Custom Work & Modifications

Many Pulse Restomod services involve custom fabrication, modifications, or restoration work.

Due to the bespoke nature of these services:

  • Final results may vary slightly from concept images or mockups

  • Certain modifications may require adjustments during installation

  • Colour and finish variations may occur depending on materials used

6. Liability

Pulse Restomod shall not be held liable for:

  • Labour costs incurred elsewhere

  • Third-party installation errors

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for ensuring any modifications comply with applicable road regulations in South Africa.
